Taking Stairs has it does not only keep you prompt but also give you supererogatory time to catch up with your workfellow . Luckily I have my office on the first base while I live on ground level . This help me to keep move .

4 . Pick a healthy diet that you wish and consume it every mean solar day , for example , I have started eating salad and sprout which keep my energy level high throughout the daytime .

5 . Do n’t draw a blank to breathe Yes I have it off every one of us is pass off every second . But take a deep breath often . Take a deep breath , withstand it your lung and then secrete it and repetition .
