Oregon Governor Tina Kotek on Tuesday sign Senate Bill 1596 into law , get together California , Colorado , Maine , Massachusetts and Minnesota in a growing list of states embracing a right field to doctor for citizens . The law is coiffe to go into effect January 1 .
