Few days back I had a problem that My Nexus 7 Wo n’t Connect on personal computer via USB . For me it occur while I was trying to unlock the boot dock-walloper . But it might occur for various reason like using multiple smartphones on same Pc etc . When I search for the solvent on the World Wide Web I found out that many people share the same effect . Solution I

Solution II
Tryptp options instead of mtp . Now this is irregular solution to Nexus 7 not connecting to pc and might put to work for some of you but it work for me and I had used it for a farsighted time until I find the lasting solution . If you go to options > storage > dab on the top right 3 upright dots and pick out usb connectedness .
By default mtp ( sensitive transfer protocol ) is selected but when I select ptp ( image transfer protocol ) my equipment was find in my pc . You will not see your gimmick as Coyote State card but as a tv camera equipment and would only able to get to the DCIM pamphlet . Ptp only lets you make a motion the depiction between pc and nexus but you could transfer any single file as well , just brush aside the word of advice that you get and click OK .
Solution III
you may also try file transfer using wifi . There are many apps on the plays store but I find Airdroid and ES file Explorer the best . And the file transfer limit is much faster than the normal cable television service connection .
you may also expend the torrent client like bit torrent sync , this make a parcel booklet on your Pc and your gadget . So whatever is rate in that shared booklet gets sync in both arrangement and the best part is no third party server is involved .
solvent IV
Without connecting you N7 with pc first turn of the USB debugging option . you could do it by go to preferences > developer alternative > uncheck USB debugging .
Now turn on MTP option from configurations > memory board > tap on the top correct 3 upright dots and select usb connections .
On your personal computer Go to machine coach by pass to ( My computer > right click and select manage > prime machine manager).Delete any ‘ Android ’ devices in the twist manager also delete any other driver .
Now secure in your N7 with you PC via USB cables , if you are favorable you will see twist driver installation and everything will be back to normal .
But ifnothing happensthen you may seek updating the twist driver . This is what puzzle out for me and sure enough work for you as well if nothing advert above work for you .
Go to equipment coach while your equipment is connected to your pc and under ( portable media or Android ) select your N7 equipment ( you may see a yellow mistake sign in front of it ) > right come home and update drivers . If you get unable to find drivers online then manually download the USB drivers form here and update it . And thenreboot your computer and reconnect the machine . Now your machine will be detected by PC .
Updating the number one wood had work for me and would exercise for you as well . I know these instructions might sound small confusing in the rootage but as I said with little playing around with these setting and reboot you may make it work .
