footstep 1 : spread out your Email app .
For Android 5.0 and above , Google has integrated this custom email feature with the Gmail app . So if you are run lollipop then open your Gmail app > options > total an account .

For this guide , I will post screenshots from my Nexus 7 running Android 5.1 , but I have also tried it on moto eastward running KitKat and step are same .
Step 2 : Under Add accounting , you will get three choice — Google email service , other electronic mail service or your piece of work email . Since we require to add employment email , selectexchange , and campaign OK .
If you need to see frame-up your outlook or yahoo account select the 2d options i.e. personal . When in dubiousness between POP and IMAP , always apply the later one . Though this wo n’t be important here .
tone 3 : Enter your electronic mail report and exploit on next . Do the same matter with your password .
stride 5 : Once your login credentials are verified , you will have to go into your incoming server ’s options .
This istrickyas the waiter stage setting varies according to your email service supplier . To find your server ’s details either do a Google search or ask your companionship ’s connection admin .
I have pushed my e-mail to Microsoft Outlook email service , so my server ism.hotmail.com . Found this selective information on Google .
Step 6 : Once you enter the server setting tap on next .
If point you enter are correct , you will see different sync option asking you whether you want to sync your contact lens and calendar from this email report . Make changes you like and then again solicit on next .
If your host preferences are not right then you will see an wrongdoing like “ could n’t open up a connection to server ” .
Step 7 : In the next screen enter the username you would care to see . This step is optional though . Once done clink on next . And that ’s it .
Now you have successfully added your work email to Android phone .
