1. Tommy Vercetti From GTA Vice City

Being the OG gangsta of Vice City , he seize it back in the 1980s . attend that GTA 6 takes place in Vice City , it would only fitting to see character like Tommy Vercetti return , especially in his iconic sorry Hawaiian shirt and denim . Although relatively old , Tommy is certainly active and in business .
Even if GTA 6 has a time leaping , it would be exciting to see an aged Tommy hear to maintain control over his realm and seek help from Jason / Lucia . We could even see the two booster seeking advice from Tommy on how to survive and thrive in Vice City . It would be a missed chance for Rockstar not to add Tommy .
2. Ken Rosenberg From GTA Vice City

He is a man on a mission to take retaliation on his ex-wife - girlfriend and has a taradiddle that is reminiscent of Niko from GTA 4 . After serving and work with various gang in Liberty City , Claude rises through the netherworld to make a name for himself . It would be interesting to see silent character like Claude return in GTA 6 .
