Developer tooling and containerization company Docker has a new CEO : Former Oracle Cloud Infrastructure ( OCI ) executive vice presidentDon Johnson(pictured above ) landed in the hot bum start out Wednesday . IncumbentScott Johnstonwill leave the company with immediate effect .
