FCC Chairwoman Jessica Rosenworcel on Wednesday announced plans to vote on rulesrestoring nett neutrality . The vote , ready for April 25 , would restore 2015 net rules adopt under President Obama that were subsequentlyrepealed by President Trump ’s FCCtwo year later .
